CGC and CSG Attending Hawaii Pop Con, January 7-8

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®), and its divisions CGC Trading Cards® and CGC Video Games®, as well as Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) are attending Hawaii Pop Con at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, on January 7-8, 2023, at booth #2.

Hawaii Pop Con is one of the largest trading card and sports card conventions across the islands. Attendees can look forward to several events at the two-day convention, including meet and greet sessions with YouTube influencers such as UnlistedLeaf and Chumlee, live box breaks, live band performances, trading card game tournaments and much more.

Company representatives will be accepting submissions, answering questions and providing information on CGC, CGC Trading Cards, CGC Video Games and CSG services. CGC Trading Cards will also be hosting a “meet the grader” session with Jim Michaelsen, CGC Trading Cards’ Senior Grading Finalizer. There will also be plenty of great swag and giveaways at booth #2, so make sure to stop by!

In order to spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-Off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submissions to a representative. Keep reading for step-by-step instructions to get your submission ready.

Preparing Submissions for the Show

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Become a CGC or CSG member. To join CGC, click here. To join CSG, click here.
2. Go to the online submission form for CGC (comics), CGC Trading Cards (non-sports cards), CGC Video Games (video games) or CSG (sports cards).
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slip.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please package collectibles with the packing slip in the exact order that they are listed on the packing slip. Failure to do so will result in delays.

1. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
2. Go to the Express Drop-Off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. To learn more about CGC services and fees, click here.
