CGC and CSG Companies Accepting Submissions at Too Many Games Convention

Make sure to bring your video games, comic books, cards and home video cassettes to the convention to save time and money on shipping costs for your submissions!

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is bringing its world-class grading services, including its divisions CGC Video Games™, CGC Trading Cards® and CGC Home Video™, to the Too Many Games show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania, on June 23-25, 2023. Those in attendance can submit video games, comics, trading cards and home videos to CGC — as well as sports cards to CGC affiliate Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) — with exciting opportunities for free swag, giveaways and other prizes at the booth. About the Too Many Games Show

Too Many Games is the longest-running video game and board game convention in the state of Pennsylvania. Located at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center since 2011, only 18 miles northwest of Philadelphia, it is the premier convention for all things video games. Along with numerous industry insiders and celebrity guests from across the gaming community, CGC and CSG will be attending the three-day event and accepting submissions for their industry-leading authentication and grading services from Friday, June 23 to Sunday, June 25, 2023. To streamline the submission process for CGC and CSG grading, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-Off Service, which enables submitters to skip the line and quickly hand off prepared submissions to our representatives. Plus, extra swag is available to Express Drop-Off submitters! Keep reading for further instructions on how to get your submission ready.

Preparing Submissions for the Show

Get ahead of the game by taking the following steps before your arrival at the show:

  1. Become a paid CGC or CSG member here.
  2. Go to the online submission form for CGC Video Games, CGC Comics, CGC Home Video, CGC Trading Cards (non-sports cards) or CSG (sports cards).
  3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
  4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slip.
  5. Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

  6. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
  7. Go to the Express Drop-Off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
